Kevin Belford joins L'Arche board
The L'Arche board voted unanimously in January to welcome Kevin Belford as its 13th member. Kevin was introduced to L'Arche through friends and has been connecting with the community for the past five years.
Kevin has practiced law for almost 35 years. He is the General Counsel of the American Gas Association, a trade association representing local distributors of natural gas and their 60 million customers. He is a volunteer attorney with a number of organizations that help the poor, sick and underserved primarily in the Washington area and recently completed 10 years of service on the Jesuit Volunteers International board.
Kevin and his wife Jane have one son, Patrick, who will graduate from Georgetown University in May. Patrick has volunteered at the Washington Jesuit Academy since his junior year in high school. Jane is also an attorney and has been Chancellor of the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington for the past 10 years.
The Belfords love to sail, snow ski, go to the beach, and travel.
